Instructions for Use

Prepare substrate:

The substrate must be level, load-bearing, dry, sufficiently tensile and compressive strength, and clean. Dust, oil, grease and release agents must be removed in advance using suitable methods (preferred method: shot blasting; alternatively diamond grinding with thorough vacuuming). Application should be carried out at 10-30 °C (room and substrate temperature) and a maximum relative humidity of 70 %.

Apply EP Allrounder primer:

  1. For mixing, pour the complete contents of component B into the container of component A, add 4 × 100 g EP colour Light Grey paste and mix slowly and thoroughly with a drill for approx. 3 minutes at 300-400 rpm. Then add 1.5 litres of water and mix thoroughly again.
Working Time: approx. 50 minutes at 20 °C.
  2. Immediately after mixing, pour the material onto the floor, spread it with a surface squeegee and then roll over it to achieve an even surface and retain the floor texture.
  3. During curing, protect the area from moisture, dust and mechanical stress. Walkable after approx. 20 hours, fully load-bearing after approx. 7 days (temperature-dependent).
  4. Subsequent coating with EP Allrounder Plus may be applied at 20 °C no earlier than 20 hours and no later than 36 hours after application of EP Allrounder.
Important: If the EP Allrounder Plus coating is not applied within 36 hours, EP Allrounder must be broadcast with quartz sand while still fresh/liquid (recommended amount: approx. 300 g/m²). Before applying the next coating, any loose excess quartz sand must be removed with a broom.

If required: level unevenness (surface roughness) greater than 0.5 mm with EP Allrounder Plus:

  1. For mixing, pour the complete contents of EP Allrounder Plus component B into the container of EP Allrounder Plus component A. Then add 2 × 100 g EP colour Light Grey paste and mix slowly and thoroughly with a drill for approx. 3 minutes at 300-400 rpm. Then add 1.5 litres of water and 10 kg of additives and mix thoroughly again.
Working Time: approx. 50 minutes at 20 °C.
  2. Immediately after mixing, pour the mixture onto the floor, spread it evenly with a surface squeegee and then deaerate with a spiked roller to achieve an even surface and a smooth finish.
  3. During curing, protect the area from moisture, dust and mechanical stress. Walkable after approx. 20 hours, fully load-bearing after approx. 7 days (temperature-dependent).
  4. The main coating with EP Allrounder Plus may be applied at 20 °C no earlier than 20 hours and no later than 36 hours after application of EP Allrounder Plus.
Important: If the EP Allrounder Plus main coating is not applied within 36 hours, EP Allrounder Plus must be broadcast with quartz sand while still fresh/liquid (recommended amount: approx. 300 g/m²). Before applying the next coating, any loose excess quartz sand must be removed with a broom.

Apply EP Allrounder Plus main coating:

Important Notes

chevronBottom

Colour deviations are possible due to raw material variations. When using different batches, base components should be pre-mixed. UV radiation and weathering may cause slight colour changes. To avoid curing and mixing problems, components A and B must first be thoroughly mixed, then transferred into a second clean container and mixed again.

Danger
